ADA Racing Cylinder Head Girdle kit for the original ADA Kawasaki 750/800 Girdled Head. Includes all hardware and brackets. No cylinder mods required for this girdle kit, just bolt it on!

ADA Racing billet dome includes compression(OR042) and dome top(OR020) orings. Squish relief is .005 inch @ 82.5mm(fits up to 83mm piston) with a 4 degree angle. These domes fit ADA Racing standard 750/800 head and ADA Racing original girdled head with the billet brackets.

Kawasaki billet driveline couplers. Machined from 6061- T6 aluminum for superior strength and durability. The threads are the standard 20-1.5mm that fits the SXR crankshaft and driveshaft. These are sold as a set. Anodized Clear.

Billet Cylinder Head for the Kawasaki 750 and SXR 800. All ADA Racing billet heads are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined for consistency and performance. Anodized for durability and protection against salt-water corrosion. This is the head shell only. Includes orings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings.

ADA Racing Billet aluminum drive coupler with 18mm threads. Uses stock Kawasaki 650/750 rubber damper. Clear anodized for protection against salt water corrosion. Made in the USA! Also used on the Kawasaki 550SX driveshaft.

Kawasaki 650/750 billet driveline couplers. Machined from 6061- T6 aluminum for superior strength and durability. Utilizes a OEM Kawasaki style damper which is not only smaller in diameter but also stronger and helps reduce heat buildup in the driveline. Machined in hex on backside. These are sold as a set. Includes 1 coupler w/18mm threads and 1 w/20mm threads. Clear anodized for protection against salt water corrosion.

Billet dome for ADA Racing Kawasaki 800 V2 girdled head and big bore heads. Squish relief is .005" @ 83mm with a 4 degree angle. These domes will not fit our standard head shells, as the diameter is larger than our standard domes. They are notched to fit around the head studs and use a larger diameter compression o-ring (OR153). Domes are sold individually.

Billet Girdled Cylinder Head for the Kawasaki 750 and 800. CNC machined at ADA Racing from 6061-T6 aluminum. Anodized for protection against corrosion. This is the head shell only and includes o-rings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings.

ADA Racing 3 degree angled reed spacer kit for the Kawasaki 900 and 1100 engines. Includes billet aluminum spacers, gaskets, and studs. All 3 spacers now include a pulse fitting. The studs that are included are for the stock intake manifold. If you are using an aftermarket intake, you may need to use longer studs if the manifold is thicker that stock.
