Utilizes a OEM Kawasaki style damper which is not only smaller in diameter but also stronger and helps reduce heat buildup in the driveline. Machined in hex on backside. These are sold as a set. Includes 1 coupler w/18mm threads and 1 w/20mm threads. Clear anodized for protection against salt water corrosion.

ADA Racing V2 Billet Cylinder Head for the Kawasaki 800 SXR engine. All ADA Racing billet heads are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined at ADA for consistency and performance. The head shell is then anodized for durability protection against salt-water corrosion. This is the head shell only and includes o-rings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings. This is the version 2 head that requires grinding the cylinder for girdle stud clearance. V2 Girdle kit and domes are NOT included.

ADA Racing Cylinder Head Girdle Kit for Yamaha 701/760 and Yamaha 1100/1200 Girdled Cylinder heads. Includes 6 stainless studs, 6 stainless washers, and 6 chrome acorn nuts. The only true girdle system. It does not bolt the cylinder to the cases, but sandwiches the cylinder between the head and the cases. Therefore, there is no pressure on the base of the cylinder. The threads are rolled for strength and not cut. Thread rolling compresses the material adding strength to the threads. Cutting threads leaves the root of the thread sharp, weakening the thread and making them easier to break.

The head is designed to be installed with the water outlets on the intake side and has 3 water outlets available. Head shell includes o-rings, brass water fittings and plugs. This head uses the stock studs and nuts.
