Billet Cylinder Head for the Kawasaki 750 and SXR 800. All ADA Racing billet heads are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined for consistency and performance. Anodized for durability and protection against salt-water corrosion. This is the head shell only. Includes orings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings.

ADA Racing Cylinder Head Girdle kit for the original ADA Kawasaki 750/800 Girdled Head. Includes all hardware and brackets. No cylinder mods required for this girdle kit, just bolt it on!

ADA Racing billet dome includes compression(OR042) and dome top(OR020) orings. Squish relief is .005 inch @ 82.5mm(fits up to 83mm piston) with a 4 degree angle. These domes fit ADA Racing standard 750/800 head and ADA Racing original girdled head with the billet brackets.

ADA Racing Cylinder Head Girdle kit for the new ADA V2 Kawasaki SXR 800 Billet Girdled Head. This girdle kit uses offset base nuts and requires grinding the outside of the cylinder to clearance the girdle studs.

Replacement ADA Head O-Ring Kit for Kawasaki 750/800

ADA Racing 3 degree angled reed spacer kit for the Kawasaki 900 and 1100 engines. Includes billet aluminum spacers, gaskets, and studs. All 3 spacers now include a pulse fitting. The studs that are included are for the stock intake manifold. If you are using an aftermarket intake, you may need to use longer studs if the manifold is thicker that stock.

Billet dome for ADA Racing Kawasaki 800 V2 girdled head and big bore heads. Squish relief is .005" @ 83mm with a 4 degree angle. These domes will not fit our standard head shells, as the diameter is larger than our standard domes. They are notched to fit around the head studs and use a larger diameter compression o-ring (OR153). Domes are sold individually.

ADA Racing Billet aluminum front oil injection cover for Kawasaki ZXI 1100 Triples. Includes stainless mounting hardware and o-ring.

The head shell is then anodized for durability protection against salt-water corrosion. This is the head shell only and includes o-rings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings. This is the version 2 head that requires grinding the cylinder for girdle stud clearance. V2 Girdle kit and domes are NOT included.
