ADA Racing Billet Head Shell for the Yamaha 701/760. All ADA Racing billet heads are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined in-house for consistency and performance. The head shell is then anodized for durability and protection against salt-water corrosion. This is the head shell only and includes orings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings. Available in Black or Silver.

ADA Racing Cylinder Head Girdle Kit for Yamaha 701/760 and Yamaha 1100/1200 Girdled Cylinder heads. Includes 6 stainless studs, 6 stainless washers, and 6 chrome acorn nuts. The only true girdle system. It does not bolt the cylinder to the cases, but sandwiches the cylinder between the head and the cases. Therefore, there is no pressure on the base of the cylinder. The threads are rolled for strength and not cut. Thread rolling compresses the material adding strength to the threads. Cutting threads leaves the root of the thread sharp, weakening the thread and making them easier to break.

These domes fit ADA Racing standard 750/800 Cylinder Head and ADA Racing original girdled head with the billet brackets. Domes are sold individually.

Billet dome for ADA Racing Kawasaki 800 V2 girdled head and big bore heads. Squish relief is .005" @ 83mm with a 4 degree angle. These domes will not fit our standard head shells, as the diameter is larger than our standard domes. They are notched to fit around the head studs and use a larger diameter compression o-ring (OR153). Domes are sold individually.

ADA Racing Billet Cylinder Head for the 1991-1995 550SX aluminum reed cylinder engine. Head design is all o-rings and does not use a head gasket. The head is designed to be installed with the water outlets on the intake side and has 3 water outlets available. Head shell includes o-rings, brass water fittings and plugs. This head uses the stock studs and nuts.

ADA Racing Oversized Handlepole Pivot Bolt Bushings for Kawasaki JS440, JS550, 550SX and 650SX Models. You must drill out the hole for these bushings to fit. These bushings are 7/8" diameter where they press into the handlepole. Made from acetal/delrin. Quantity two bushings included per kit.
