BLOWSION SHIPPING & PROCESSING TERMS
(AKA: Read This Before You Panic Email Us)

Processing Time:

We aim to process orders in 1–3 business days for in-stock items shipping complete. Mondays, peak season, or post-holiday chaos? Expect delays. If you waited until the last minute to order welcome to the club but we’re not magicians. Emergency Clause: If you are absolutely in a life-or-death scenario, email orders@blowsion.com for mercy and VIP service. We will certainly do our best to save you.

Shipping Options:

We work with multiple carriers to give you choices: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, Overnight, Saturday delivery, etc. These are their services, not ours. We hand your package over, and at that point, it’s in their hands—literally.

Delivery Times (The Harsh Truth):

All shipping times are ESTIMATED, not guaranteed. Carriers can (and do) miss deadlines because of:

  • Weather meltdowns
  • Broken trucks
  • Mis-sorted packages
  • Labor strikes
  • Global pandemics
  • A squirrel chewing through a power line in Boise

When this happens, we are not refunding your shipping cost. We’re sorry if this means your race, vacation, or weekend glory was ruined. It’s frustrating we get it but it’s 100% outside our control.

Address Accuracy Is YOUR Job:

If you give us the wrong address (or forget your apartment number) and your package disappears into the void, that’s on you. We’ll help you try to track it down, but replacement products or refunds will be at your expense. If your package has already shipped, changing the address might be possible, but only for certain carriers and locations. We’re happy to help when we can, but sometimes the carrier will charge for the privilege — their fee, not ours. Double-check your info before you click “Place Order” and save yourself the drama.

Package Insurance:

We do not insure our packages due to the high cost of insurance and the overall high reliability of our trusted carriers. Maximum coverage for any order is $100.00. If you’d like to add insurance to your order for peace of mind (or if you’re shipping something you’d cry over losing), email orders@blowsion.com before we ship — we’ll quote it for you.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

Once your order leaves our hands and is scanned in by the carrier, it is officially their responsibility. We do not insure packages unless you request and pay for it prior to shipping (see “Package Insurance” above). If your package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you can’t find it:

  • Check with neighbors, roommates, or the sneaky family member who “helpfully” brought it inside and forgot to tell you.
  • Look inside yards, garages, or that random bush carriers sometimes think is a mailbox.
  • Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number — they have GPS scans and can tell you exactly where the driver claims they left it.

If your package arrives looking like it went through a demolition derby:

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged items immediately.
  • Save all packaging materials until the claim process is complete.
  • Email orders@blowsion.com with your photos and details so we can help you start the claim (if insurance was purchased).

We can’t replace, refund, or remake orders lost or damaged in transit unless insurance was purchased. We’d love to be the kind of company that eats that cost for you, but we’d also love free race fuel and a world without carb tuning. Reality says neither is happening.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages:

If you refuse delivery or fail to claim your package and it comes back to us, we’ll refund the product cost only less original and return shipping costs.

Translation:

Choosing 2-day or overnight shipping only affects transit time after your order has shipped. It does not mean your order teleports out of our warehouse the second you place it. We’re passionate about high-end watercraft parts, not chasing down rogue delivery trucks, so plan ahead, order early, and keep your beaches clean. We’ll do our part, the carriers will try to do theirs, and you’ll get your stuff usually on time. But if the universe throws a wrench in the plan, we’re not eating the cost.

FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING ON ORDERS TOTALING OVER $150.00

Free Shipping applies to online orders only. Orders will be shipped via our standard fulfillment method (2–7 Days Transit Time), which varies by destination. The Free Standard Shipping option will either be via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, or UPS Ground or SurePost services. The actual service used is at the discretion of Blowsion. Free Standard Ground Shipping applies to domestic shipments within the Continental United States (48 States) only. Oversized items and/or shipments are excluded from this offer. Dealer orders do not qualify for free shipping.

In case of backorders or pre-orders, free shipping only applies to one shipment. If your order requires multiple shipments, additional freight charges may apply to any subsequent shipments beyond the first.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed. Most orders are processed within the same business day the order is placed. However, there are some instances where we need to custom manufacture items such as mat kits, or verify the shipping address or the credit card to avoid fraudulent activity.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are given a customized freight choice of UPS and US Priority International Mail via e-mail reply once your order is received and we can estimate the EXACT box size and weight of each individual item requested in the order. Please do not hesitate to request a custom freight quote in advance via email at info@blowsion.com.

BLOWSION INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

UPS - Normal delivery times are 2-4 days. All UPS international freight options Blowsion offers include up to the minute daily online tracking. Blowsion UPS international freight costs are generally discounted 10%-15% or more off the posted online prices due to the volume of international freight we ship.

USPS Priority International Mail - Normal delivery time is 8-14 days (not guaranteed). US Priority International Mail Service is our low cost freight option to many countries. Please be aware that with US Priority International Mail Service there is no daily updated tracking capability. Once the shipment leaves the USA, the package in most cases is then integrated into the receiving countries postal delivery network. We retain the USPS outbound and delivery confirmation number information in our database as proof of the shipment departure. USPS Priority Intl Mail has slower customs clearance than UPS and in cases can take longer than estimated.

ABOUT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

All prices (including our website, email messages, pro forma invoices, work-orders and price quotes) are in US Dollars only. You can calculate the prices in your own currency by using the currency converter here: http://www.xe.com/ucc/

Shipments outside the US may be subject to customs fees, tariffs, duties, Value-Added Tax (VAT) etc depending on the rules of each country. Customs procedures and charges can vary widely and are the recipient’s responsibility. Your local UPS customs or Postal office can estimate any fees that may be incurred and we encourage you to contact your local representative for more information. Any import duty or fees will be collected at time of arrival during customs clearance upon delivery and are not included in the Blowsion merchandise price or shipping charges. Blowsion cannot provide accurate estimates for these costs.

Items that Blowsion ships internationally are considered “sold”. Blowsion is not responsible for any costs, delays, or problems caused by shippers or customs once the shipment leaves our facility. If customs and duties are not paid, goods will be abandoned and no refund given. If you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you cannot clear the tariffs or taxes, we will refund the cost of the product(s) after collecting the return shipping fees and any additional fees required to return the package to Blowsion.

TRACKING

We get it—you just got that sweet tracking email and you’re ready to refresh it 37 times until your order arrives. But hold up! Here’s the deal: As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number right away, bam! Instant delivery excitement. But the reality is that your package hasn’t even had its morning coffee yet. Especially with USPS, it can sometimes take a day or two (or even three) before your package gets its first scan and officially enters the system. Until then, it might look like it’s “in limbo” or that nothing is happening. We promise it is, just quietly, behind the scenes. This is totally normal and happens with all carriers (yes, even the fancy ones). So don’t panic if tracking doesn’t update right away. Give it a little time, and you’ll see movement soon. All orders receive tracking info via email as soon as they ship, so be sure to check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case). In the meantime, resist the urge to challenge your inbox to a refresh duel. Your package is on the move—we’ve got you covered.

FREQUENTLY ASKED SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired service level (UPS or USPS), the number of items you are purchasing, the weight and size of the item(s), and the destination country postal code. Blowsion will send an additional custom freight quote via email for each order inquiry. You will be required to review and approve via reply your freight choice prior to us billing and shipping your package.

When am I billed?

Your credit card will be billed by Blowsion at the time your freight choice is confirmed by you and your package ships. How much duty, customs tariffs, VAT and/or taxes are charged on international orders?

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by each country and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, the listed value of the contents, and the classification the merchandise. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, taxes and VAT will vary by country. For specific amounts you will want to contact your local postal or customs agent/office.

My credit card has been billed but I haven’t received a tracking number?

In the event that you do not receive any shipping information from UPS please check your junk/spam e-mail folders as it can often times end up there. There is VERY LIMITED online tracking numbers supplied with US Priority Mail Service. Who will I contact if I have questions relating to my order after I have made a purchase?

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Special ordered merchandise (Mat kits, custom painted items etc..) cannot be cancelled and are billed in advance. Cancellation of standard item orders must be received prior to billing and shipment of products. Blowsion cannot cancel an order once it has shipped and left our facility.

FREIGHT INSURANCE, SIGNATURE REQUIRED, RETURNS & CLAIMS

Due to the additional costs we would have to hand off to our customers, Blowsion does not additionally insure, or require signature confirmation of delivery unless requested by the customer. UPS only covers up the $100.00 for domestic USA deliveries. Any amount over that is not the responsibility of Blowsion and the customer assumes all liability for any further losses. Any requests for the return of goods purchased from Blowsion must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Prior to any return shipment, call or email Blowsion for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) that will be issued over the phone or via email. Returned goods must be in NEW and UNUSED condition, in the original packaging, include instruction manuals, hardware and all accessories relevant to the product as it was shipped. If the merchandise has been installed on the watercraft or used, or is missing parts or manuals, then you have bought it and it cannot be returned. Merchandise can only be returned by the party that originally purchased it from Blowsion, (Example: if you bought it at a dealership, you must return it to that dealership). The customer is responsible for the return freight costs incurred. NO SHIPPING CHARGES REFUNDED. No exceptions. If the merchandise is being returned because of a proven shipping or packing error made by Blowsion, then Blowsion will only cover the cost for shipping the correct product back to the customer via UPS Ground or U.S. Parcel Post shipping. Any expedited air freight requests or costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Blowsion cannot issue call tags. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restock charge plus the original cost to ship the goods the first time. Refunds will only be for credit towards future purchases- no cash refunds or credit to credit card. In the event of a defective part or goods being received by the customer, Blowsion will exchange the defective item for a new replacement at no charge upon the return of the defective item. Damages caused by the shipper excluded (see below).

DAMAGED FREIGHT CLAIMS

All merchandise should be thoroughly inspected by the customer upon receiving. All claims to the carrier must be made with the delivery agent while driver is present. If any shipping damage is found, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the delivery carrier. We suggest digital camera pictures be taken immediately to document proof of damage(s) to the packaging and/or contents. All damage claims must be supported by a bill of lading/tracking number and invoice.
