ADA Racing Cylinder Head Girdle Kit for Yamaha 701/760 and Yamaha 1100/1200 Girdled Cylinder heads. Includes 6 stainless studs, 6 stainless washers, and 6 chrome acorn nuts. The only true girdle system. It does not bolt the cylinder to the cases, but sandwiches the cylinder between the head and the cases. Therefore, there is no pressure on the base of the cylinder. The threads are rolled for strength and not cut. Thread rolling compresses the material adding strength to the threads. Cutting threads leaves the root of the thread sharp, weakening the thread and making them easier to break.

ADA Racing billet dome for the Yamaha 760 and 1200 engines, includes compression(OR043) and dome top(OR020) orings. Squish relief is .015 inch @ 86mm with a 10.5 degree angle.

All ADA Racing billet heads are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC machined in-house for consistency and performance. The head shell is then anodized for durability protection against salt-water corrosion. This is the head shell only and includes o-rings that fit into the grooves in the head shell and brass fittings.
