A copy of the original invoice and a returned authorization number must accompany all items returned for warranty. Blowsion will replace or repair the product and re-ship UPS ground or US Postal Mail at no charge. If shipping via UPS ground or US Mail is not available, shipping charges are the responsibility of the original purchaser. All items returned for reasons other than warranty or a manufacturer's mistake will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
