He will be attempting to leave the safety of the ocean depths and traverse a small channel of water into a small pond on the beach that has been abandoned by the receding tides. Knowing that the channel is only a mere one inch in depth, Super Shayner will attempt the crossing at full speed to maximize the plane of his watercraft.
