The helmet was the center of much
attention!!! I think the guy you painted the white BMW with
motorsport colors was at the track...Is he from Washington?
Between sets I sat the helmet inside on the
center console...placed your cards on the window sills...They are
all gone except for two that I had in the helmet bag. The ghost
BMW symbols caught their attention as did the 99's. Guys were
showing other guys...
Track day was great....got the young Bm'r
up near 115mph on the front straight before had to slow down for
traffic. Got passed by an NSX, a 930 and a couple of M cars....You
should have seen me 'dog' a new Vet coupe through turns one
through six...caught up with him going into 8...stayed on him
through 9...but that front stretch is mad for horsepower!!!!!!! A
guy was working on his technique..heal...toe stuff...foot slipped
off the clutch went into the guard rail coming out of turn
8....the left side of his 'new' 540i is pancaked...bent two momo
rims...flattened a front tire...ripped off the rear bumper and
changed the left side color to mostly white. Ironically, he had it
up for sale....Ooops! I was going to put your card on his
windshield but then I thought NOT!
Love the lid...my staff can't keep off your
web site...They show everyone that comes into the office.
