This beast was built for the return of the UK's top Pro Ski racer to racing in 2009. Built with Surf durability in mind as well as blazing acceleration, this machine was massaged by the able hands of longtime engine builder and tuner Ronnie Saner of RSRacecraft and Erik Karn of Blowsion Performance. Not only good friends and admirers of Jordan, these two wrench wizards pulled out all the stops working with Kommander Industries performance accessories and put together one amazingly fast and fun SXR. When we got word that not only was the 2007 South African World Champion Dustin Motzouris coming to race Pro Ski at the Blowsion Surfslam, but that he was also going to compete in Pro Freeride we got frikkin' excited and busy. Taking a virtually virgin 2007 Yamaha Super Jet from stock, we carefully enlarged the tray for maximum foot placement and movement, reinforced the hull throughout and massaged the hull and hood kit into the painted "UnChained" beast you see here. With expert assistance from Motz Team Performance Leader Kommander Steve Webster the 760 Powerplant was created and fine tuned for bottom end grunt in all conditions. As you can see from the riding pics Dustin was full amplitude until smashing his foot in the early racing moto-surf rounds caused him to miss the final rounds of the Pro Freeride competition. To say this ski is pristine is an understatement. Only Dustin has ridden this Picasso - it still has the new car smell.

With the West Coast return of Livewire Josh Lustic it became our mission to set Josh and Kommander Webster up with new 2008 SJ off the showroom floor. Knowing Josh's past experiences with temperamental skis, this Wave Kommando SJ was built with nothing but power and reliability in mind. Capping off the bulletproof carbon hull reinforcement is a Desert Candy paint job that simply is not done justice by the photos here. Tangerine Orange, Lime Yellow and color change liquid metal bronze were combined with exposed visual carbon fiber on the hood and front cover to make this one of the standout paintjobs on the waves at Surfslam 09. Blowsion Pro Freerider Pierre Maixent returned to International Competition at the 2009 Blowsion Surfslam after an early season foot injury. Knowing Pierre was amped to come to the USA and hang it all out, the Blowsion crew took to the grinders and wrenches to build this new 850 CC monster you see here.
